As the principal of Banning, I want to help our school achieve 800 on the Academic Performance Index.  If Banning reaches 800 on the API it will signify that our students have acquired the skills and knowledge to compete for the best jobs in the world.

 

Our present API ranking is 606; therefore, we have a great deal of work to do.  However, if all stakeholders-students, parents, teachers, counselors, coordinators, administrators, buildings and grounds workers, cafeteria workers, and the community-focus on student achievement, I believe we can be ranked among the elite schools in California.

 

In addition to fostering an academic environment to help achieve an API of 800, I want to help ensure that our students are safe and our campus is clean.

 

Everyone wants the best for our Pilots.  If we all work together, we can help our students acquire the skills and knowledge they need to compete for the best jobs in the world.
